Thank you! I hope that you do as well!

Who is grilling? I did pork steaks on the fire pit with a seasoned salt and then into a crock pot with sauerkraut, mustard, onion and a dark beer. Sound Irish doesn’t it? I do have some McGlinchey and McGail in my lineage.

Grilled steak and fish, and spent 5 hours with the family. Also spent 1 hour working on the high WAF sub. Happy father’s day!

My wife/kids asked where I wanted to go out for dinner… “thank you but no thanks”. I’m grilling burgers for us tonight. I picked up some cole slaw and potato salad to go with. That’s my best way to chill on father’s day.

OB subwoofer / plant stand?

Hard to see, but there is an acrylic tube…45L sealed.

Yeah, i’ve had it for 20 years and decided I needed to use it. Made cylindrical fish tanks from it back in the day. I built the sub in a way I can disassemble and sell the tube in future.

My old man’s 98 and doing well apart from hearing and eyesight loss; when he complains, I tell him to stop as most people don’t get to be that age!

He survived a domestic cat bite a few months ago which could have killed him through sepsis, but a week in hospital on IV antibiotics killed the infection. His arm looked like something out of The Blob (Steve McQueen’s first film) for a while.

His mother lived to 101 and her brother - a WW1 veteran - to 99. They must have had good genes! Sadly, his father, also a WW1 veteran, was killed on a Vespa motor scooter before I was born. I’ve hated scooters ever since I found that out.
