I started this build some time ago….on the old forum, but I’m slowly working through it. I like grills on my speakers most of the time, but they have to be an integral part of the build and not be detrimental to the sound. Here is the build as it stands

This is with the grill on and separated. The grill is compromised of five layers of 1/8 masonite and ended up just shy of 3/4” thick.
