Prusa has a course on learning Fusion360 for beginners. Had a friend take it, and he found it quite helpful. 3D Modeling in Autodesk Fusion | Original Prusa 3D printers directly from Josef Prusa
Thanks! I’ll check this out waffleduck.
I’m a big fan of PETG with carbon fiber in it. Produces a very nice print.
That an interesting contraption, I didn’t know Bambu had that design out there - I’ve seen several other people make their own variation. I’m going to try the way that requires a few more bucks to be spent. I only became aware of this when I bought the second printer.

I already had an AMS HT so it seemed worth trying it this way first. I really didn’t want to pull the top off the printer.
Yeah, initially I was going to use the direct feed method in their manual. But especially with using the softest TPU they offer, the hat seemed like an easier solution. Mildly annoying to remove the top, but I also printed and built this which is super easy and convenient: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1815860-h2-simple-ams-flipper#profileId-1937751
Couple of things.
First, I wasn’t paying attention when purchasing the TPU feeder and only recently realized I had to print some parts and assemble the thing. Not a big deal, should have read the fine print. Second, I realized the design blocked the input ports (brilliant design!), so I found an alternate design on Makerworld where someone fixed that and made some other improvements.
So, all that said, it worked great! I made a benchy and a gasket right out of the packaging. Definitely had some spiderwebbing since it doesn’t come dry out of the bag, but for this stuff it was fine. I have it drying now before attempting my mid cup liner design. This is Bambu 90A, about a 2 hour print using stock settings. Thickness is 1/16” and is used to seal a removable rear panel on a speaker I’m working on.
Edit:
I really wish the part cutter/exacto knife attachment was available without the full laser package. I wonder if it’d work on sheets of neoprene.
Cnc laser is pretty fun.
Yeah, that’s also why I did the top feed TPU. Going through the back PTFE tubes etc seemed like a hassle, and the AMS flipper gets in the way.
Glad it worked well! I’m still waiting on our TPU to get delivered. We’re making some small microphone capsule holders for a gaming headsets boom mic.
