KABD 4100 Board

How much cleaner is the sound with this DSP board kabd 4100. It there something better.

I ‘think’ the 3255 boards sound a little better.

Where can I get that board

The board doesn’t have DSP it is just a amp you have to use passive crossover. Unless I am looking at the wrong board

Google “3255 dsp amp boards” and you will find dsp versions.

I think they are some dsp versions out there, or use a plain 3255 board w/the PE dsp board. Isn’t the 3255 the chip icepower uses in some of their newer boards? Anyhow, plenty of power for most projects and to my ears, it sounds a little better. Of course this depends on the board. Some are implemented better than others.

That looks nice. Probably better parts quality than the ali boards I used.

Are you coming to the IowaDIY. If I finish my 8 speaker system AMP before the meet I will be there. I hope my 3255 board be here in time. Thanks for the information about that amp. I won’t be using kabd-4100 board.Did you go to the Dayton Audio Speakers Building Competition. I was there.
