Magic Smoke Escaped - Repairable?

IC burnt up on the Audiosource amp that I use for measurements and testing/voicing. Might not be able to tell from the pictures, but based on this does it look repairable? The board doesn’t look too bad.

The PCB doesn’t appear fried. Could be as simple as soldering a new amp chip in.

It can technically fail on it’s own, but often something else helps out. Should probably also look around for bulging caps or any other discolored parts.

Looks like some funkiness around a few of those pins and a scorched spot around Pin 14.

Pins 7, 8, 13 & 15 are the +/- voltage rails, 14 is the output pin.

Yeah, that totally repairable.

I thought about replacing caps while I was in there. I don’t think they look bad but they are 20yrs old so might as well to avoid future issues.

Yeah, for sure , give it shot. The traces still look good in the pics.
