VituixCAD has pretty much become the standard.
I still start in WinPCD (windows based version of Bagby’s PCD) because I hate dragging and dropping components. Once I have a “pretty close” design I swap over to VCad and try some of the things WinPCD doesn’t really have the flexibility for.

Hornresp has been my go to for nearly 25 years.
