That’s sad news, I really liked his work with Traffic.
He also played with Jimi Hendrix on ‘Crosstown Traffic’, ‘All Along the Watchtower’, the 1969 Albert Hall concert and on ‘All Things Must Pass’.
Bummer - I liked his music.
Tossing this in mainly because it has only been 10 days since Larkin Poe and The Mule played Des Moines…AND…IT…WAS…FANTASTIC. Well, I enjoyed it a lot.
