That is a tweeter I wish was still available. I used it in a small active build called Tiny Tym (with the 4” poly HDS woofer).

A variant exists… as the OT19NC00-04
It has the 19mm ring radiator, but has a neo motor, rear vented to a damped rear chamber. Yes it has no faceplate, but this makes mounting to a waveguide very easy, which makes directivity matching to 5” and larger mid-woofers better than the standard flat faced XT19.
