It’s hard to fault much of anything from the pics. I wonder if it’s simply running the veneer grain perpendicular to the way it’s applied on commercial speakers.
Yeah I always wondered what would be considered more “craftsmanship”… A complex CNC cut enclosure, or a box made with no power tools that is still square, strong and not leaky.
