Ron, you have done some amazing stuff!!!
Still a KILLER build.
Incredible!
How do you like those grs tweeters?
Those are actually B&G Neo 8 and 3. They sound great! Just smooth and listenable for long periods. And they’re take some cranking and not fall apart at all.
I have the grs pt2522 I think its the 3-1/2. Not sure how its going to sound. Lol
I am enjoying some c-notes right now. Also built some CJD’s MTMs that sound great. I know placement of speakers isn’t ideal. Its wife approved though.
Very nice!
I have the GRS 10” and 3” for an upcoming project but haven’t listened to them yet. I can’t imagine they will be much different than the BG versions.
I’m submitting these not because it’s any of my best work, but because this is what 68-year-old grandpas think people with cats, dogs and other dirty prying fingers need. I am just a little happy with the freestyle artwork though. Certainly fridge art worthy. This is a rebuilt version of the Classix III.
Where did the grills come from?

I have a questions about the wheels. Looks like 2 inch diameter from your photo. Mine are also 2" diameter. Now that my project is done, I think I should have gone with 3" or maybe even 4" diameter wheels. Maybe install an axle as well. Are your wheels connected with an axle? We need a close up picture of this.
Instead of a picture or a thousand words, I made
this. The length of the wood strip is equal the the cabinet width. I used 3 x 1.25 wheels.
