I’m gifting both pairs of the Dactives that I brought one pair of to DIY Iowa last year. Since I built 2 pairs of speakers I needed 2 pairs of stands.
Cut Cherry and Mahogany to build some hollow posts.
Big forstner bit used to cut holes in the bases.

Glued up posts. The back of the post has an opening for the speaker cable and connector.

After putting the speakers on the stands I decided the bases were a little narrow and needed outriggers for more stability. The bases are larger than they look in the picture because of the wide angle lens. So I had my first project for the new Shaper router.
Outrigger test block.
I made 12 Cherry outrigger blocks and cut matching pockets in the bases. I neglected to take pictures of the pocket.
Fastened the outriggers to a piece of scrap wood with double sick tape so a taper could be cut on the table saw.

Routing the proud outrigger blocks and base flat with a router jig.

When I tried to install the speaker cable and with its Speakon connector the hole in the base was slightly too small and the cutout at the top of post back was too short for the connector to turn the corner so I needed to rebore the hole larger and cut a longer slot in the back of the post.
I put a scrap of thin plywood on the drill press with double thick tape. I installed the original bit in the drill and used it to position the base and clamp it to the plywood. Then I replaced the bit with a larger one and redrilled the hole at the same position as the original hole.
Re-drilling the bases.
Re-did the chamfer on the bottom of the hole with a bearing bit on the router table and touched up the screw countersinks.
I used the Shaper router to cut the post notch longer.
Finished.
Next up. I need to make some boxes to mount the amplifiers in.
